These are 3 different pieces I created on my healing journey. I wrote "You Come First" on my healing journey, because I wanted to somehow tell myself to give myself more grace and kindness and put me first, which are all things I've never done and been trained to do the opposite. I'm trying to unlearn and change, and I hope this piece helps others who are struggling too.
