Title: The Little Things
Artist: Anonymous
Description/caption: Photography has always been an outlet for me, more so now in my journey of healing. Especially on my lowest days, if I am feeling up to it- I try to remind myself to try to appreciate or notice the little things, the little moments of beauty that one can find in a day such as sunsets and artwork. Sunsets have often had the ability to ground me whenever I’m feeling anxious, unsettled or triggered. I try to chase sunsets whenever I am able to, they can at times be a great comfort. I just hope some of these photos can do the same for you. This collection of photos is from this past year ’19-’20 during my journey in healing. They are images I’ve taken that I hold on to and ones that I can look back on to bring me some comfort.
